Store cleaning products, febreeze and disinfectant wipe locked away or out of reach of children. GENERAL COMMENT: Observed trash and debris behind school building between playground and media center. Clean grounds behind school building. Observed wet area within black boarder surrounding playground equipment. Provide dirt or mulch to fill in low area on playground. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
