Repeat Observed several classrooms throughout including 001 with disinfectant wipes and aerosols being stored out within reach. Store hazardous items per manufacturers instructions "keep out of reach of children". Observed tan trash cans by dumpster area full of standing water with mosquito larvae in them. Ensure there is no standing water on the premises to prevent such breeding areas.
**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). **There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). |
