No Points Taken Today- GENERAL COMMENT: 8. Observed the light fixture falling in the band room storage closet. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). 11. Observed a student in the nurse's office. There were some cleaners stored unlocked and within reach of the student. Keep all toxic/hazardous items locked or out of reach of the students. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
