Mr. Russell present during inspection.GC #7: Observed a couple boxes on floor in janitor's closet closest to office.**All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.GC #10: Keep dumpster doors closed.**Impervious, cleanable containers with lids, approved by the Department, shall be provided for the storage of solid waste. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (a).
