Observed one toilet in girls 8th grade bathroom out of order. Observed toilet out of order in girls media center bathroom. Observed loose toilet seats in 6th grade girls, womens mobile, girls locker room, and girls gym bathrooms. Needs repair. REPEAT VIOLATION. |

Observed sink in girls locker room with low pressure. Staff stated this sink is leaking. Observed middle sink not operable in girls mobile bathroom. Observed one sink not operable in boys 8th grade bathroom. Observed one sink missing due to being broken from the wall and one hand dryer not operating in boys 7th grade bathroom. Needs repair. |

Observed stained ceiling tiles in the halls of the gym, in the art storage room, in the hall outside rooms 223 and 218, and in the hall outside CTE 408. Needs to be checked for leaks and repaired/replaced. Observed a hole in a wooden board on the walkway between MC467 and MC507. Observed damaged floor tiles in the boys locker room bathroom area. Needs repair. REPEAT VIOLATION. |
