(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) #3 Observed water fountain soiled around base on 7th grade hall, with another water fountain out of order on same hall. Keep water fountains clean and with adequate pressure. #8 Observed bad leak present from ceiling A/C unit in room 405. Water dripping collecting on floor. A/C unit in need of servicing. Observed A/C vent rusting in womens staff restrom RR800 Mr. Washington present during inspection.
