No Points Deducted: 7. Observed clutter on the floor in both of the Art room storage/Kiln room. Follow the rule below. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. 11. Observed aerosol disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes stored within reach of the students in classes. Store out of reach of the children. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). *NOTE: Head Custodian Ms. Kelly was present during time of inspection. Observed stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout the halls and classes. Repair issues and replace tiles. Observed dirt buildup on the walls under the restroom hand dryers in the majority of the restrooms. Clean the walls. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
