NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING: #5. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed spring loaded faucet inside of restroom located in classroom 109, with a run time of approximately 5 seconds. Regulate to provide a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate proper handwashing. *NOTE: Head Custodian Ms. Kelly was present during time of inspection. EHS observed tile damage under handsinks in classrooms with sinks attached throughout school building.

Observed dead insects inside of light shields throughout school building.
