NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #3. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed water fountain located in gym with rust accumulating around drinking nozzle. *NOTE: Assistant Director was present during time of inspection and report emailed to principal at: acaoffice@adventistchristianacademy.org
