Observed the ceiling stained in the first classroom on the right and in the hallway.
Observed the hallway ceiling peeling due to the leak. (Per the Principal, the leak is not roof related but AC related.)
Observed some of the ceiling tiles missing in the gym. Repair any leaks and ceiling as well as replace ceiling tiles.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

Repeat: Observed cans of paint, aerosol spray cans, disinfectant wipes. Keep all hazardous items out of reach of the students.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
