Repeat Non-Compliance - Observed spray paint and spray adhesive were stored within reach of the children. Store all hazardous items out of reach of the children as indicated on the product labels.**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
