All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607. Tightly secure loose floor transitional molding at entrance to resident room.
General comment; Touch-up paint throughout where needed; if needed.
Observed resident personal chair starting to show major wear. Contact family and have them to replace or refurbish chair. |
