Repair flooring near/beside refrigeration unit in kitchen. Monitor and repair flooring in front of vanity in bathroom and repair if needed. Monitor water stain on ceiling in laundry room and repair any roof leaks if needed and repaint. Install quarter round shoe molding along edge of floor to eliminate gap along edge of flooring in first room on the left.
All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607. General Coment: #12. Touch-up paint wall near window in first room on the left. Only inspected the first room on the right and first room on the left. The back corner bedroom was locked and was informed by staff that the one locked room is being used as an office. Last year (10/15/2016)inspected the back corner bed room and bathroom/shower in bed room. Clean leaves from gutter.Ms. Shairaz McCullen present at time of inspection. |
