General Comment: #3. Observed opened bag of cereal and cookies in kitchen area. Recommend storing opened packages of dry food products in sealable container, labeled and kept clean. **All foods, while being stored, prepared, served, and during transportation, shall be protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a). #18. Clean base of shower in resident bathroom. **Toilet, hand washing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). #10. Observed storage in garage area. Recommend removing items not being used. Remove broken refrigeration unit from garage or clean and keep clean at all times.
