Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b).- Observed no soap available at restroom hand sink in the hall, no paper towels at hand sink in laundry room. Please remove a pot of plant from the hand sink basin to allow hand washing. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies and keep hand sink available for hand washing at all time. |
