All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed brown couch in living room with minor holes in cushion seat covers. Observed some blinds within facility in need of replacing. Per employee, facility is aware of concern and facility is actively working to have blinds replaced.
