Observed damaged blind in same bathroom. Observed blinds in need of dusting in dinning room near table. **Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b).Mr. Patrick was present during inspection. *Note:-Hole around pipe under kitchen sink. Can see daylight from hole. Exposed hole in need of covering up to prevent rodents, vermin, insects from entering facility.-Hall bathroom hand sink reached 120F
