Repair wall at entrance to resident room. Repair hole in bedroom door or replace door. Wipe/clean walls throughout RCF. Touch-up paint throughout where needed. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. GENERAL COMMENT: #4. Observed damaged shelving under two compartment sink. Repair shelving under sink. Observed pantry shelving missing a holder. Provide shelf holder for shelf in pantry area.**All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a). #13.
