Observed no soap and towels at any of the hand washing sinks in the bathrooms.**Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b).Observed rust on the tile at the hand rail in the shower in room 4, and the sink drain with runst in room 6.**Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |
