Observed no soap and towels supplied to any of the bathrooms.**Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b).Observed some push faucets did not function for at least 15 seconds, the shower grout with residue in rooms 1,3,5,6; the shower head was missing in room 4, and the toilet was dirty in room 6.**Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |
