Observed spring loaded faucet with short run times (less than 5 seconds) in rooms #1; #2; #3; & #4. All toilet need thorough cleaning throughout the cottage. Re-caulk toilet in room #6. Tighten toilet flush button on wall in room #4. Observed what appears to look like dried urine around toilet in room #4. |

Observed completely torn mattress in room #2 and dirty linen on bed in room #3. Observed no sheets on bed in rooms #5 & #6. Both residents (children) stated that they did not want sheets on their beds. |
