Observed grout with residue and discolored in some bathrooms, the toilet was dirty in room 4, Some sink push faucets did not function for at least 15 seconds, and the shower head with pink/brown residue in rooms 1, 5,6.**Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).Observed no soap a nd paper towels in any of the restrooms. **Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b). |
