Observed carton of raw eggs being stored on a shelf above other ready-to-eat foods. Ensure raw foods are stored in bottom of refrigerator or are stored in high-sided, leak-proof containers. Observed no thermometer present in refrigerator. Provide. Observed sloppy joes cooked in the middle of the night at 50F in refrigerator. EHS talked with staff about proper cooling of potentially hazardous foods (shallow containers, leave uncovered, stir during cooling process). Observed milk at 47F. Milk had been out this morning for breakfast. EHS left thermometer in refrigerator where it measured an ambient air temperature of 33F on top shelf and 42F on bottom.
