Repair cabinet door in kitchen area. Replace missing handles on cabinet door. Replace missing top cover on microwave. Tightly secure and seal back splash behind utensil air drying rack to wall and counter top. Clean microwave. Observed used dish/utensil cleaning pad stored with clean utensils in utensil rack. Do not store or place used cleaning pad with clean utensils. Observed base of utensil air-drying rack and utensil drawer under oven soiled. Thoroughly clean base of air-drying rack and base of drawer under oven. All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a). Observed hand washing sink counter and cabinet damaged in bathroom in back bed room. Observed damaged medicine cabinet in bathroom. Clean toilets, repair or replace damaged shelving and hand sink starting to rust, clean shower base, repair damaged towel rack or remove from wall, Either properly repair hand washing sink counter and cabinet in back bathroom or replace hand washing sink, cabinet and counter top. Repair light fixture in kitchen area. Observed light fixture not operating in main kitchen area. House manager informed me that entire light fixture was broken and needed to be replace. REPAIR LIGHT FIXTURE IN KITCHEN AREA IMMEDIATELY! Repaint rusted vent registers and replace missing and damaged vent registers in bathroom and in bedroom areas. Replace broken window blinds.
