Observed many boxes that where not broken down or in trash bin on back side of house. Break down boxes and place in recyclable bin.
All solid wastes shall be disposed of with sufficient frequency and in such a manner as to prevent insect breeding and public health nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .1614 (c ).
General Comment: Case of paper towels properly stored at time of inspection. Keep single service articles off the floor. Touch-up paint door framing to bathroom on front hallway. Wipe/clean spot on walls located on back hallway and any where else needed. |
