Repair base of wall on outside of bathroom on front hallway and monitor and repair base of wall on inside of bathroom. Observed water damaged along base of wall in hallway area. Wipe/clean walls throughout where needed and . paint walls throughout where needed.The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. General Comment: Observed (1) nail/screw poping from ceiling in bathroom on front hallway. Patch spot on ceiling and repaint. Ms. Viola Johnson present at time of inspection. |
