Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Observed dingy stained shower curtains in bathroom on the right and mildew on both shower curtain and liner in bathroom on the left. Replace or wash shower curtains when visibly dirty. |

Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each resident and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (b). Observed dirty pillow on bed with no pillow case provided in room #3 and stains on pillow with no pillow case in room #4. Observed dirty sheets on bed in room #5. Wash dirty sheets when visibly dirty.
All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed dirty area rug in common area and ripped cushions on chairs. Repair or replace damaged cushions on chairs to prevent further damaged. |
