Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each resident and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (b). Observed a towel and wash cloth in a bedroom getting a little threadbare. Replace linens when damaged.
All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed torn cover on small bench, bedroom 2. Observed missing drawer pulls on dresser in double occupant room. Repair door knob room 1. Clean lint trap to dryer, from exterior lint can be seen causing partial blockage |

The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed incomplete repair of wall in bath 2 where plumbing needed to be accessed. Complete repair and repaint. Observed large water stain in bedroom 1, repaint. Staff said roof in new so watch for any new stains. |
