-Observed the toilet seat broken in the double bedroom. Replace.
Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).
-Observed no paper towels in the kitchen. (Cloth towel was used). Provide for drying hands after they are washed to enter the refrigerator and do other food handling tasks.
All residential care facilities shall be provided with approved sanitary toilet, handwashing and bathing facilities complying with state licensure requirements. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |

-Observed a hole in the comforter on the left bed in the double room. Replace.
-Observed drawers off track in a dresser in double bedroom. Repair.
-Repeat: Observed the top layer peeling a chipping off of the dresser in the 1st bedroom (raw wood exposed). Sand, paint, seal, or any other method to make the dresser in good repair (you may contact the Inspector for approval on methods).
All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a).
