Observed thr red line broken in the thermometer in the refrigerator. Provide a new accurate thermometer.
An indicating thermometer shall be located in each refrigerator. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a).
-9. GENERAL COMMENT: Observed a hole in the comforter on the bed to the right in the room closest to the laundry room.
