General Comment: Recommend storing opened packages of dry food products(cereal) in sealable container, labeled and kept clean. Clean out gutters. Recommend extending air handler drainage pipe further away from foundation of house to prevent water from pooling against base of house. Repair shower diverter so shower can be turned off. House manager informed me that no residents take baths.
