The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed stains on ceiling upstairs. Owner stated the A/C had a leak and caused the stains. A/C has been repaired and owner is planning to paint ceiling.
