All residential care facilities shall be provided with approved sanitary toilet, handwashing and bathing facilities complying with state licensure requirements. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Observed no paper towels to dry hands in the bathroom upstairs for residents. Ensure to provide and make available handwashing supplies at the handwashing sink. |
