Touch-up paint where needed. Wipe/clean walls around light switch in bathroom and edge of bathroom door. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
General Comment: #9. Observe laminate/varnish worn on resident night stand. Replace night stand in resident room which laminate/varnish is worn off.**All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a).
