Observed leaking valve stem on faucet/spout fixtures and hot and cold water handles in bath tub/shower. Repair fixture in bath tub. Mrs. Brown present at time of inspection.Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |
