NO POINT DEDUCTION: #4. All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a). Observed missing glass plate inside the microwave. Staff has put the dinner plate in replacing the microwave glass plate. Need replace a new glass plate for microwave.
