The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed paint needed to walling, doors, and window sills throughout both facility. Observed several stained ceiling tiles in hornets nest facility, EHS advises facility to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed popcorn ceiling peeling in corner of room 1 in hornets nest facility. |
