General Comments

(Lion's Den bldg is under renovation. All rooms are currently getting drywalled and all observed non-compliant items (Floors, walls, &furniture) are being replace or repaired. Residents are being relocated to the Spruce bldg until completion. Deducted violations on this inspection record are item #8. I have obtain a copy of the renovation contract to attach with inspection record.
