Sweep and clean crevice of floors to prevent dust build up in all the rooms. Increase cleaning frequency to prevent accumulation of dust particles. |

Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b). Ventilation fan in the bathroom does not turn on. Repair vent system to allow air flow and prevent moisture build up. |
