#8. Observed loose toilet seat in upstairs bathroom with handle loose and pulled out from back of toilet. Tighten toilet seat and repair handle. **Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).#13. Observed 1 light out in upstairs bathroom. Replace light bulb. **Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b).#10. Observed clothes/items stored out on bed not in use in downstairs bedroom. Store clothes items to prevent contamination. Observed bag of clothes on floor throughout house. Per operator they are being donated. Keep bags of clothes off floor in meantime. **Rooms or spaces which are provided and used for the storage of clothing, personal effects, luggage, necessary equipment and supplies and for items not in routine use, shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1616 (a).Ms. Freeman was present during inspection.
