All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed yellow tape on mattress cover in rear room. Per conversation with Mrs. Ingram the tape is being used to hold the mattress cover intact. She has been looking for mattress covers but has had difficulty finding a new one. |
