1. Observed no backflow preventer on front hose bib. Mr. Washington stated that the back flow preventer had just broken off and he had it in the house. Replace the back flow preventer.**No backflow connections or cross connections with unapproved supplies shall exist. See rule .1611 (c ).3. Observed inaccurate thermometer in the refrigerator.An indicating thermometer shall be located in each refrigerator. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a). 4. Observed the handle on the stove missing.All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a).Mr. Washington present.
