Observed buildup and mice droppings in the bottom of the kitchen cabinets, drawers, and oven drawer. Clean and provide pest control treatment as needed. Observed a hole in the bottom of the cabinet in the kitchen. Repair and replace counter tile in kitchen.

Observed what appears to looks like black mold on ceiling in the bedroom on the mainfloor at the end of the hall. Observed patched walls throughout the home. Observed broken electrical and cable outlets in the room upstairs at the end of the hall and broken light switch in the dining room. Replace smoke detector on the wall leading to the kitchen, (replaced during inspection). Observed hole in the closet door on the main floor. Observed walls in need of painting. ***REPEAT*** |
