No demerits were issued for the following: 4. Observed debris in microwave and in the bottom of the refrigerator. Needs to be cleaned. **Non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (c ). 12. Observed water stained ceiling in second bedroom. Room is about to be painted as paint cans were seen at room's entrance. **The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
