Observed the microwave interior surface was damaged/rusty, and the oven drawer used to store cooking utensils/equipment with food debris/residue.**All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a).**Containers and clean utensils shall be covered, inverted, stored in tight, clean cabinets, or otherwise stored in such a manner as to prevent contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (f).**Non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (c ). |
