Observed a container with bottles on water was stored on the kitchen floor.**Containers of food shall be stored above the floor, on clean racks, shelves, or other clean surfaces, in such a manner as to be protected from splash and other contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (d).General Comments: Observed the dog with the run-of the house, including the kitchen and dining room. **Live pets shall not be allowed in any room or area in which food is prepared or stored. 15A NCAC 18A .1619 (b). **Live pets, unless caged and restricted from the immediate eating area, shall not be allowed in any room or area in which food is served. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (b). |
