All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed stained mattress cover on bed in 2nd bedroom on the left. Observed some minor wear and tear damage to headboard and dresser in the 1st bedroom on the left. REPEAT VIOLATION
Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each resident and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (b). Observed soiled pillow cases on beds in each room. Observed torn fitted sheet and comforter on bed in 1st bedroom on the left. REPEAT VIOLATION |
