Keep all food/utensil storage areas clean. #9 Observed 1 rip in lamp shade in upstairs bedroom. Keep all furniture clean and in good repair. #12 Observed slight residue build up on walls of far left upstairs bedroom (closet) and down stairs at island area. Keep all walls clean and in good repair. Ms. Wilson was present during inspection.
