Observed the 2nd floor toilet seat was not clean. **Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).Note: Observed bar soap in the upstairs restroom. Provide a liquid soap so that residents do not share bars of soap.General Comments: Ruby Wilson was present during the inspection.#9 - Observed one dresser with dust on its surface. **All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). |
