General CommentsDuring the inspection 2 employees and 1 client were present at the facility. Ms. Jones was called, and she stated that she was on the way. When I introduced myself as being from the Health Department, Ms. Jones stated that they were not ready for a inspection and requested that I come back tomorrow. Ms. Jones was informed that I could not come back tomorrow, and since staff members were present in the facility, I would continue with the inspection. As the inspection continued, Ms. Jones stated that the client had an appointment and they had to leave. At this time, Ms. Jones was informed that the Inspector will walk out with the staff members and client and wait on her to come to complete the inspection. Ms. Jones then stated that she could not come because she was somewhere else with another client. During this inspection, all areas were inspected except the kitchen. Ms. Jones has been informed that inspections are unannounced. Report emailed to ctagjones@gmail.com
